Extension of Activities

ITN can elaborate and submit to the responsible minister proposals that envisage the extension of ITN activities, both through new inter-institutional projects, and through conjugating activities with other Public Administration organisms, in competence domains akin to its own.

ITN promotes the development of interdisciplinary activities, preferentially under the form of projects with defined duration, using the human and instrumental resources distributed amongst the different departments and services. The project teams are in the dependence of the designated coordinator.
