Integrated in the Advisory Unit of the Administrative Services Area, is a privileged space with a significant documental quantity of thousand of headings of periodic, books (monographs) and magazines, including master and doctoral theses. Services it provides:

• Space of Loans (reception hall)
• Space of Periodic
• Space of Multimedia Equipment
• Lecturer Room (16 tables and 32 seats)

Auditorium

A multipurpose space that it allows to the accomplishment of conferences and seminaries, projection of films and/or spectacles, due to the good acoustics conditions  of the room and its support equipment. Characteristics and services:

• Capacity of 160 seated places (40 upstanding places)
• Multimedia equipment (music, data, photo and video capabilities)

Exhibitions

The hall of the Auditorium  can receive expositions of photography and/or scientific posters, is constituted by some expositors and secretaries. Normally, it serves of  support to the events carried on.

Meeting Room

This space makes possible the accomplishment of scientific meetings of groups of activity. It receives natural light because it possess glass walls, that can be locked up through motorized curtains. Characteristics:

• Capacity of 18 seated places
• Multimedia equipment (data, photo and video capabilities)

VIP Canteen

Space meals inside the public canteen, for services of catering during events and exhibitions.

All the referred spaces, benefit of security and cleanness service 24 hours per day. The coordination of the calendar of use of the above premises fits to the Secretary of the President of the IC (Mrs. Isabel Campos).
