Main Scientific Area of Research

  • Studies of radionuclides transfer in the different environmental compartments. Development of appropriate methodologies for quantifying sorption/desorption dynamics of radionuclides in the environment. Characterization of geological materials for radionuclides adsorption.
  • Development and implementation of new methodologies to the determination of natural and artificial radionuclides in environmental samples.
